our modalities
The Arbor program is comprehensive and addresses the entire process of therapy - from a thorough assessment through the maintenance stages.
Over the course of treatment, clients have the opportunity to meet and work with our entire treatment team. The team meets regularly to discuss progress, and offers a broad perspective on each individual. Additionally the team meets and communicates with the family and primary therapist throughout the duration of treatment.
We believe that for change to remain permanent, the larger context of the family system must be addressed in order to support and encourage changes made. Arbor hosts biweekly meetings for family members to learn and discuss how they can help support and facilitate the changes made.
The Arbor program provides a highly structured and integrated 48-module skills group curriculum, as well as a broad range of cutting-edge experiential modalities, enabling clients to process their inner emotional world using a bottom-up approach to healing.
Our program also provides a comprehensive individual treatment component starting with a rigorous assessment process upon intake, psychological evaluation, weekly individual sessions, as well as an array of individual specialties available at Arbor.
